Toppers Worlds 2019

The three sailors that attended the Topper World Championships 2019 are back and at their desks, catching up on their homework. What a privilege it was and an experience they will never forget. Bradon Kretzmann said: “It was an amazing experience meeting old and new friends. I manage to end up in the silver fleet and I learned a lot through the competition.”

PYC come out tops in Bart's Bash

A massive effort from Point Yacht Club saw the Durban club emerging on top of the pile of global participants in this year’s Bart’s Bash. The event is a global sailing race taking place at 100s of venues, with 1000s of sailors in 100s of different classes of boat around the world. Founded in 2014, the event was verified by Guinness World Records as ‘The Largest Sailing Race in the World’.

2020 Youth Match Racing World Championship

The 2020 Youth Match Racing World Championship, which will be hosted by Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) will take place on Waitemata Harbour, in Auckland, from Tuesday 25 Feb - Sunday 1 March 2020. Up to 14 skippers will be invited by World Sailing. World Sailing's Member National Authorities (MNAs) may apply for an invitation for up to two skippers of their nationality
