1.            Welcome, Apologies and acceptance of Proxy letters

2.            Obituaries

3.            Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2025 AGM

4.            To receive and if thought fit, to adopt the President's report and to adopt the Annual Reports of the Standing Committees

5.            To consider and if thought fit, to adopt the Independent Auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements and to approve the auditor’s remuneration

6..            Ratify any new By-laws or amendments to the existing By-Laws, if relevant for this meeting.

7.            To consider and if thought fit adopt any motions submitted by members of which notice was given.

2026 Call for Nomination for SA Sailing Leadership Positions

This is a call for nominations for the leadership positions of President, Vice President and Treasurer of SA Sailing as per items 11.22, 11.25 and 11.29 of the SA Sailing Constitution.

Nominations are to be submitted by midnight on the 17th August 2026 via 2026 SA Sailing Nomination form for leadership positions
