Organising Authority: Hermanus Yacht Club in conjunction with SA Sailing.

Entry fees:

Standard entry fees (if you Enter before midnight on 15 November 2025):

• Single handed: R750*

• Double-handed: R1050*

Late entry fees (if you Enter between 16 November and midnight on 7 December 2025):

• Single handed: R900*

• Double-handed: R1250*

* SASWC has kindly subsidised all entry fees by R250 for competitor support

One you have entered - you will receive an invoice to pay your fee - entries are only confirmed once payment has been made.

  Struggling to register? Follow these key steps:

1. If you are not already logged in to your SA Sailing profile - log in at the top of the window at MY SA SAILING LOGIN
2. Navigate back to this page, click the Register button at the top of the page and you should be good to go.
3. If you sail a double-handed boat, have your helm or crew's details handy - you are going to need them to complete your registration.
4. If you do not see the entry fee in the registration process, you not logged in as the sailor/team doing the event. Only those eligible to compete will be able to complete their entry.
5. If you are not able to register, your membership with SA Sailing or your club may need resolving. Only sailors whose SA Sailing memberships are active will be able to enter. Please contact SA Sailing for help in this regard.
6. If you are not sure of your SA Sailing log in details or have forgotten your password, from the MY SA SAILING LOGIN page, follow the FORGOT PASSWORD process.
