South African Sailing invites you to submit your nominations and motivations for the 2022 awards covering the period of 1 January to 31 December 2022. Please note nominees must be bona-fida members of a SA Sailing-affiliated yacht club and hold a valid SA Sailing membership number. Congrats to SA Cruising Legends

Congrats to Jenny Crickmore-Thompson, John Franklin and Peter Sherlock who have been nominated for Noonsite’s Cruising Legends series. In 2020, a great many boats were “stuck” in the Indian Ocean because of the pandemic and many border closures. The two gateways to the Atlantic, the Red Sea and South Africa, were both closed.
